Mackay Gold & Silver Corp. (TSXV: MACK | OTCQB: MKGSF) is a Nevada-focused gold and silver exploration company with 100% control of a large, consolidated land package totalling 4,747 hectares (47.5 km²) in one of America’s richest, most productive and oldest mining districts. The Comstock District produced an estimated 8.2 million ounces of gold and 192 million ounces of silver between 1859 and 1926, from bonanza-grade orebodies that averaged 35 g/t gold and 726 g/t silver. It is recognized as one of America’s highest-grade epithermal systems and an exceptional setting for modern discovery.

Despite its rich history, large sections of the Comstock District have seen virtually no exploration in over 100 years because property ownership was small and highly fragmented. Mackay has removed this barrier by consolidating the district into a single, large, contiguous land package under its control.

Mackay now controls more than 7 km of strike length along the district’s two major parallel vein structures, the Comstock Lode and the Occidental-Brunswick Lode. The Company has developed a systematic, multi-platform, modern exploration strategy targeting high-grade, near-surface oxide mineralization, historically defined underground resources, and new bonanzas at depth. Its inaugural 20,000-meter drill program is underway.
